Shire of Harvey – a case study
We have been working closely with the Shire of Harvey since 2011, delivering a range of services – from the implementation of their Offset Management Plan, to undertaking steam weed control in their urban streetscapes, schools and waterways. Our relationship with the Shire of Harvey epitomises the holistic nature of Cape Life’s approach to environmental management, from identifying areas in need of revegetation (including road reserves, decommissioned rubbish tips and degraded coastal areas), site preparation, provenance seed collection, direct seeding and planting, weed control and project monitoring and maintenance.
“On behalf of the Shire of Harvey I am happy to acknowledge the environmental services provided by Cape Life for various projects within the Shire. Cape Life have provided a professional service that Council will continue to utilise with the good results experienced so far”
Peter Kay, Manager of Works and Services
